WHY DELIMITATION AND THE CONSEQUENCES: THE MOVE FROM INDIA SPLITTING TO INDIA BURNING

Delimitation deals with restructuring constituencies (be it at state level or union level) to ensure political representation for citizens remains feasible to the extent of implementing the constitution effectively.

This is being used by RSS/BJP to revise the impact of non-BJP/RSS aligned states on parliamentary decision making.

If 30 out 100 seats in parliament belongs to a state that rejects BJP/RSS, it means that about 1/3rd control on winning a parliamentary vote remains with an opposing state. Not all circumstances need a mere 51% vote for a win. For instance, any constitutional amendment, will need 2/3rd majority vote in favor of that amendment. If 1/3rd of the seats are with opposing states, then the government will have to convince the rest of the parliamentarians conclusively to make that amendment to the constitution. If 100 seats is modified to 140 seats with the 30 for opposing states remaining the same, then 110/140 comes up to 78% which clearly crosses the required 2/3rd majority (despite the opposing state voting against such constitutional amendment). It improves the probability of successfully securing a parliamentary nod for any and every constitutional amendment that the RSS/BJP disposition might want to.

The RSS/BJP administration wants to remove the term ‘secular’ and the mandatory provisions for reservation out of the constitution so a ‘hindu state’ declaration becomes feasible and constitutionally valid.

Some states where opposition parties are holding power are not voting in favor of such amendments. RSS/BJP wants to change the rules of game so it can win without having to fight the opposition.

This is the story behind the ongoing efforts towards convincing everyone on delimitation.

The reality is that no parliamentarian ever spends sufficient time in their constituency and the citizens are not going to see them even after the borders of the constituencies are modified.

This ongoing effort to reduce the power of opposition is supported by those who are against reservation and in favor of hindu rashtra.

When the nation slides into secessionist debates and subsequent consequences, these supporters of delimitation will get identified and branded. They will have a much darker future unless they escape to EU/ME. Their children and grandchildren will face the ‘because of your parents/grandparents’ backlash for decades to come.

The past decade since 2014 has shown that the repercussions of similar nature (since 1947) hasn’t taught the much needed lesson to those who need it. This only means the country is getting primed for season-2 but this time, it will not just be critique and isolation focusing on the ‘ism’ alone. The one’s who make up the ‘ism’ will face the wrath of the natives. The collateral damage will also remain active for at least a century as the right to coexist will remain the basis of the argument for such a retaliation.

Remember, nobody remains in power forever and the enablers of such stakeholder groups never remained in the same country forever.

If you see staunch right wingers flaunting their golden visas to Dubai or similar for-good-escapades to foreign lands, then you are aware of the relevant evidence. It comes down to your choice of perusing them and digesting the details. Mere denial will not confirm the safety of your future generations, especially if you are in favor of the RSS/BJP socio-political policies.

Brace for impact. It is many years out but still, brace for impact. 

We can never predict the inflection point and subsequent escalation of hostilities endangering the union. What we can be sure of is that RSS/BJP will be responsible for that.

MAHARASHTRA IS ENTERING A LONG TERM CRISIS SITUATION. MARATHI PEOPLE WILL SUFFER FOR DECADES. WHAT CAN HELP SAVE MAHARASHTRA?

Congress coalition has lost the 2024 legislative assembly elections in Maharashtra. You cannot use saffron/hindu approach and defeat RSS/BJP. Such is the state of the hindutva campaign.

Anti-hindutva campaign is a must-have to win. True that a grand coalition can sometimes work out an electoral victory but that will not be sustainable. RSS/BJP will buy out the MLA's and dissolve the government.

For many years, the 'Jai Maharashtra' campaign has projected a maratha/marathi first orientation but most of the leadership of the campaign has historically been held by few groups. A marathi/maratha is a marathi/maratha irrespective of caste and religion. However, if we closely observe, most of the Jai Maharashtra proponents have historically been vegetarians.

How many beef/pork-eating marathi/maratha have held leadership roles in the organizations that have been leading the Jai Maharashtra movement?

The answer to the above question will clearly indicate that it was indeed the hindutva propaganda that was designed, developed and deployed in the name of marathi/maratha all these years. If Maharashtra is for marathi/maratha, then how come the marathi speaking Muslims and Christians not active in the Jai Maharashtra campaign?

The Shiv Sena has been conducting an openly covert hindutva campaign in Maharashtra all these years. Now that RSS/BJP has come with an openly aggressive hindutva campaign, it is harvesting what the Shiv Sena had cultivated. In a strange case of irony, the RSS/BJP, has used a portion of the Shiv Sena to execute this hostile takeover of the Maharashtrian political landscape.

Nobody other than RSS/BJP can use the saffron/hindu tag and gain any mileage in electoral politics. Such is the reach and ferocity of the hindutva propaganda. You could have started a similar campaign much before the RSS but yours did not sustain over the timeline as the RSS-led hindutva propaganda.

Given these circumstances, it is clear that, the only sustainable way to win against RSS/BJP is to conduct an Anti-hindutva Campaign. Scraping the political floor and amassing all the political parties left out of the RSS/BJP-led coalition can help get closer to an electoral victory. In some rare cases, it might even achieve it. However, such a scrambled electoral victory will not be sustainable against the divide-and-rule approach of the hindutva propaganda.

The evil hindutva propaganda is a party-agnostic poison, organically evolving into a parasitical social organism. It is a sentient alien which has already established a symbiotic relationship with the intellect of the society across the nation. It can activate from the inside of anyone anytime. It is so versatile that all of its activation events will not display a visibly pro-hindu characteristic.

The hindutva propaganda is a social poison and the only anti-dote that can eradicate this will be an Anti-hindutva Campaign.

It is a sad state of affairs when a state that is home to Dr. Ambedkar is incapable of devising a marathi Anti-hindutva Campaign. This electoral loss has made Maharashtra, a fully equipped soldier suffering from PTSD, running away from the adversary while enduring the burden of the ammunition and firearms.

This however is not the problem. it is, in fact, the symptom. The problem is that the Shiv Sena led Jai Maharashtra campaign has historically avoided Dr.Ambedkar and non-hindu marathi/maratha citizens. Avoiding Dr.Ambedkar has opened the door for the misrepresentation of Dr.Ambedkar as a 'Only-for-Dalit' politician and the hindutva campaign used it to enter Maharashtra. The Jai Maharashtra campaign itself harvested the Anti-Ambedkar movement to gain political mileage in Maharashtra.

The 1974 Worli Riots is one of the visible instances of this. The precursor to the riots included the congregation of Dalits against the Congress party over disregard of fundamental rights of the Dalits. The Congress and the Shiv Sena have a shared history of abrogating the responsibility of protecting the minorities. This has remained a trend predating the riots and Jai Maharasthra campaign, clearly driving the evolution of most of the marathi speaking Muslims and Christians. The minorities have always remained at a distance from the Congress and Shiv Sena not because they wanted to but because they were kept away. The Anti-Ambedkar tactic deployed in the Jai Maharashtra campaign had been a key driver.

Fast forward to 2024, the Congress party is screaming into the microphone, statements in favor of Dharavi and minorities. The number of times Rahul Gandhi used the phrase 'and poor people' every time he mentioned SC/ST people is a testament to this flaky approach. The broken legacy version of Shiv Sena is also persisting with the Jai Maharashtra campaign banking on its breaking to gain the political lead.

The Next-Gen Shiv Sena, on the other hand, supported by the RSS/BJP has comfortably carried forward the hindutva propaganda dehumanizing minorities across the board. What the legacy Shiv Sena and Cognress did over the past 5 decades is persisting to act as the catalyst for the Next-Gen Shiv Sena's campaign.

This election result is a consequence of the pro-hindu social engineering designed, developed and deployed by the Shiv Sena and discreetly incubated by Congress over the past 5 decades.

Maharashtra will enter crisis in the coming years. Its economic capacity will delay the damage but cannot reverse it. Maharashtra will become unlivable in the coming years. This election result is an indicator of this grim future of Maharashtra.

To those who genuinely wish to save Maharashtra, introspect and get an honest answer to the following questions:

Why did the Jai Maharashtra Campaign ignore the beef and pork-eating marathi/maratha people?

How can the beef and pork-eating marathi/maratha people be integrated into the Jai Maharashtra campaign providing equitable access to political representation?

What limbs of the Jai Maharashtra campaign should be dismembered to integrate the beef and pork-eating marathi/maratha people?

The simplest start to a sustainable solution is to refer to Dr. Ambedkar's works. Of all the citizens of India, this has to be a breeze for the marathi/maratha citizens.

Why it remains a challenge for them is the problem to be addressed. That, interestingly is not just a marathi problem but a pan-India problem.

The nation needs an Anti-hindutva Campaign.

NATURAL JUSTICE TO TEACH JUDICIARY A LESSON: CONSEQUENCE OF TOLERATING THE MALICIOUS MISRA-GOGOI MALFEASANCE

Many claim the recent supreme court judgement on SC/ST reservation approving sub-categorization and creamy-layer removal, as a mere wrongful interpretation of the law. This largely is a result of the persisting respect for the position (Justices of the Supreme Court). 

The wrongful interpretation is an act based on deliberate intention. Justices, that too, in the Supreme Court, are not individuals who could fall for semantics. Despite knowing that reservation is for proportional representation and the nation is yet to have a caste census done, they are enforcing intra-category segregation. Wealth does not change caste identities or associated segregation. Despite full knowledge of this, Justices of the Supreme Court are enforcing creamy layer concept. Letting go of the the injustices from Misra and Gogoi has brought the nation to this point now. 

The Justices who openly act against the citizens welfare and natural justice get to live a full life and access natural death. 

They also get compensated with positions of power.

The reverse not happening is the root cause for this deliberate misinterpretation of the constitution.

They are playing in sync with the hindutva propaganda. They are leveraging their discretionary powers for unfair personal motives which renders them unfit to be part of the judiciary.

There will be consequences. When the law doesn't hold the justices accountable, something else will.

It is imperative at this juncture to better understand the motive behind the term - CREAMY LAYER.

The purpose of the term is to create, maintain and expand the Dalit-OBC divide in the country. That purpose has its roots in the hindutva propaganda. CREAMY LAYER is a mere term introduced in the legal lingo to deactivate reservation. The heuristics behind this, however, is that of the caste superiority complex that is being neglected by the natives of this land. That caste superiority complex is demonstrated by the descendants of the Aryan migrants in our country.

The preacher says if you quarrel with or argue against a brahman, remember, the brahman will not fight you but will make you fight such a power that 7 generations after you will perish in that fight. Brahman does not fight but he will make you fight others.

Now, the descendants of the Aryan migrants will say that there is no such thing as Aryans. This is a common right wing rebuttal in the South. In the North, for many years they have been claiming the Aryan identity blending it with the lie that they are natives of this land. A native of any land will never have to claim his/her nativity. The migrants alone have to claim nativity as that is their means to seep into the society they have now migrated into.

To clarify, here's what their favorite Savarkar has written:

Now, coming back to the point of the Aryan migrants and their descendants wanting to rule over the natives, they clearly have been playing the dive-and-rule card all along. The Dalit and OBC classification themselves are proof of this. These identities wouldn't have evolved if the Aryan varnavyavastha had not been implemented in our society.

Dalits and OBC's have their respective identities because of the landless Aryans who migrated to our lands. It is their Aryan religious philosophy that has built the social construct where the real natives of the land have been segregated. The segregation has caused an intra-native rivalry and reservation, which by design aims to deactivate the Aryan segmentation and unite the natives through equitable access to opportunities via proportional representation. 

The current descendants of the Aryan migrants therefore, spin the definition of reservation and create contempt within the natives leveraging the OBC/Dalit identities in the name of god. All they are aiming for is to maintain the state of OBC mentality that they are losing opportunities to the Dalits. They also repackage the same fake news to promote the idea of denying reservation for some as a means for the others to gain the same. 

When someone misses out on critical early education and skip out of school, reserving college seats and executive jobs for them will remain insignificant. Implementing reservation needs careful planning to bring in the excluded groups within all categories. Denying others reservation has nothing to do with bringing in those who are left out. 

The descendants of the Aryan migrants will not let the natives realize this. The sustainable solution begins with the campaign on the reservation system explaining its benefits and how it aims to enable all the natives come out of the Aryan social construct. 

The habit of believing in god and choosing to stay away from critiquing the Aryan social construct is the only problem. Once the natives of this country acknowledge it, the rest will fall in place. 

Humans evolved. Their need for communication evolved leading to the natural evolution of languages. Once the humans started coding their messages for passive communication, they noticed the opportunity to create using their respective coded languages. This evolved as an art form and many pieces of creative compositions were published. Some became so popular that masses started following them, revering the prime characters as their gods. This is the fact behind any religious scripture. We were here. Religion and caste came to us through our own creative compositions such as shastra/vedas etc. Nobody created us. We created the imaginary characters. the imaginary characters stand as the authority symbol of castes in our society. We need to get what was taken away on the basis of caste and therefore the same caste is the reference for it. Remember brahman is brahman in varna and caste. Everyone has a different caste identity being clubbed under other varna titles. It is not impossible to identify the culprit here. 

When shastra is the source of our problems, we have use the same shastra to solve them as well. One term appropriately used in the mandates given in the shastra, stands as the harbinger of the ultimate sustainable solution - brahmahathya.

Good sense will prevail.
