This approach to countering critique needs a rather careful introspection aided by unbiased analysis of circumstantial evidence and associated possibilities.
The primary reason is that the victim is being blamed for lack of resistance and not causing the hate crime. The other reasons include the fact that there is no recorded history of resistance or retaliation from the Muslims and Dalits against hindutva terrorists since 2014 (timespan measures over a decade and into the 3rd 5-year term).
Hindutva nonsense is the root cause. However, anger/hatred against the Muslims and Dalits cannot evolve into physical violence if there is a fear of resistance or retaliation.
The hindutva terrorists are not just organized groups but they also operate as lone wolves. The sense of security they have is a shared resource. They look after their own. One announcement from the temple mic-set and the gang will be ready to pounce on anyone. One message on their whatsapp groups and they will assemble on the roads to waylay trucks carrying cattle.
On the victims' side:
1. No law enforcement instrument active enough to provide a preventive measure.
2. No civil security force to reach out to.
3. No organized group network to reach out to.
4. No Congress party measure to provide physical safety measures.
5. No family member or relative to standup and attempt to avenge the dead/attacked.
1-4 are external and not necessarily under the control or influence of the victims.
5 is where the there is a means to influence if not control but no visible movement for the past decade despite targeted hate crimes' steady growth.
One family might not retaliate because they do not have enough people or anger to do so. One family might be in a state of fear that they just want to protect the rest of them after losing a loved one.
However, all the families and relatives of all the minorities attacked/killed by the hindutva terrorists since 2014 not retaliating indicates a nationwide trend covering different languages, family backgrounds and circumstances. In the middle of that ocean of diversity lie the unignorably visible commonalities - the victims are either Muslim or Dalit.
How can an entire living generation of Muslims and Dalits across a 3.28 million square kilometer territory choose not to retaliate despite losing their loved ones to hindutva terrorism since 2014? The distantly placed safe zoned Muslims and Dalits need not retaliate as they haven't lost their loved one. However, all the family, friends and relatives of those who have died at the hands of hindutva terrorists choosing not to retaliate despite realizing the unfairness unleashed on them, can only indicate one thing - the entire living generation of Muslims and Dalits, especially those who have lost their loved ones have gone through a forced and prolonged re-socialization that has altered their chemical composition to the point where their emotional/psychological response to violent stimuli has completely waned out.
The family, friends and relatives of some Muslims and Dalits might be too scared to retaliate. Nobody, absolutely nobody retaliating for over a decade means large scale chemical alteration across the social groups has taken place and is in progress. The offspring of this 'unresponsive' generation of Muslims and Dalits cannot possibly procreate offspring that can protect their own. If the Muslims and Dalits who are living and have lost a loved one since 2014 haven't done anything, they are representation of this group of Muslims and Dalits which, at this point, statistically represent a significantly large sample.
The hindutva terrorists always masquerade with their 'superior genes' fiction. The ongoing voluntary submissive lifestyle of an entire living generation of Muslims and Dalits is at the verge of proving that fictional theory right by validating the converse - inferiority complex driven prolonged non-responsive stance against the violent murder of ones own.
The Muslims and Dalits need to be subjected to a large scale genomic analysis to:
1. Verify if there are markers connected/correlated to voluntary inaction against targeted violence (that relies on the basis of who they are and their existence and activities for life, liberty and pursuit of happiness).
2. Establish the baseline of chemical/hormonal balance to further conduct a comparative analysis with other humans from different countries (the hindutva crowd will not participate in such a study; they will wait for the results to claim genetic superiority though).
3. Identify the specific hormones and associated gene markers and map their evolution over time (to analyze the correlation between very similar submissive stance against hindutva terrorism across cultures/regions within the country).
The ultimate questions to be categorically answered using scientific instruments are:
How come no Muslim or Dalit, who has lost a loved one to hindutva terrorism, across the nation, spanning wide range of geographies, languages, weather patterns, economic classes, continue to choose to do nothing for more than a decade despite the full knowledge of the attack on (or death) of THEIR OWN for trivial reasons (touching tiffin box/transporting cattle/not chanting jaisriram etc.)?
How has this eugenics evolved to the point where, Muslims and Dalits across the nation, spanning wide range of geographies, languages, weather patterns, economic classes have been conditioned to reproduce in a specific fashion that their offspring choose not to retaliate despite the knowledge of the subjugation and/or murder of their own (family/friend)?
What is the root and state of this genetic biocontrol which is successfully suppressing the sense of self-respect amongst a specific subgroup of the same species?
How is the interaction pattern amongst oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine, testosterone, estrogen, cortisol (and other hormones as applicable and identified through the scientific study) maintaining the same response characteristics (lack of self-respect and/or sense of retaliation when faced with violent death for over a decade) amongst the Muslims and Dalits across the nation where clearly, circumstances and environment vary very greatly?
Again, the victims are being blamed but not for causing the hate-crime. They are being blamed for enabling the same with specific passive non-responsive submissive persistence. The delusional trait of voting for congress over 3, 5-year terms and assuming their lives will be safe can be kept out, as that warrants a different study focused on deranged cognitive function driven by irrationality.
The Muslims and Dalits are either being conditioned to be submissive or are naturally evolving to do so. We must conclude but after a scientific evidence based research and analysis.
The reality cannot be uncovered without the investigation built on the basis of the fact - no Muslim or Dalit, who have lost their loved one to hindutva terrorism since 2014 has ever attempted to retaliate.
If there is a impulsive need to neutralize this approach to understanding the root-cause of large scale subservience, doesn't it again point to the same passive submissive psychological response which is being the basis for the very need for such an investigation?
At what point will the Muslims and Dalits admit?
(Never mind the others; They will not consider until they realize their children are also vulnerable to hate crime.)
